Rollo whimpered and licked his hip trying to gentle the pain. Fino snarled and pulled away then walked to Rollo and lay down resting her head on his paws and watched Rose now very wary of her being there. Rollo turned to her and whispered in her ear "its ok just relax...She won't hurt us" But in his mind he was wondering himself.

Rose turned back to Rollo before saying softly.“I'm sorry,I didn't mean to hurt you.”She studied the wound for a few more minutes before saying.“It looks like it might just be some bruising on the bone.It will probably swell a little bit,but it isn't to serious.We can make a camp here for the night,it will be safe here.”

Fino watched her and growled when she came near her. Rollo nodded and lay back down with a sigh. Fino licked his muzzle and comorted him, only she was comorting her self instead.

Rose studied the sky before turning back to Rollo and Fino.“We still have a few hours until nightfall.Come on,I know where one of the dens are.”Rose had helped many others before and on the route to the mainland was covered with dens she had made from previous times.

Fino watched Rose and helped Rollo up slowly. Rollo struggled but got his feet under him and very slowly limped after Rose wih Fino right by his side gaurding him.

Rose looked back every once in a while,making sure they could keep up,even though she was going as slow as she could bear."This den happens to be one of the bigger ones,we aren't that to far away.But we will need to go hunting,so Fino you're coming with me out on a small hunt after we get settled in the den."

Fino looked from her to Rollo then nodded with a sigh. Rollo limped a little faster hearing the den was near and caught up to Rose.

Rose smiled as Rollo caught up with her.She was glad he could at least walk a little better.They walked for roughly another 20 minutes before the den finally came insight.Though they wouldn't be able to see it,she was smart and the den was hidden.She lead the way into a slightly small tunnel which opened up into a huge airy den with smaller side openings or what she thought of "rooms."

Rollo stopped and looked around "you made this?" he asked Rose panting from the walk. Fino left Rollo's side for the first time since that mourning and started sniffing around the cave.

“With the help of a few others,but yes.”Rose said proudle,helping Rollo get into one of the 'rooms'.It was big enough for them to both fit in it comfortably and had more space than nessacary.

Rollo looked around in amazment and followed her. He had begun to like her but didn't want to admit it because he knew Fino would kill him. Fino watched them but contiued to sniff around cruriously.

Rose smiled warmly,her gold eyes flecked with hazel.“So do you like it?”Rose asked softly,looking around this section of the den.“Oh and while we are out,I'll grab some stuff to heal you.”

Rollo while still looking around nodded and his gaze fell to the door making sure Fino was still around. Then he looked back at Rose "Thank you for doing this for us...I can't keep up with Fino at times..She's been a mess since the incounter." he looked her in her eyes and smiled.

“No need to thank me.I enjoy helping those who need help.”Rose smiled softly before standing back up.“Do you think you'll be ok for about an hour or so?I'll make sure we'll be back before nightfall.”

Rollo looked at her and smiled "well I've made it this far! I'm sure I'll be fine!" He smiled then looked back around the corner at Fino who didn't see him, He looked back at Rose "just be carful with her..She has the temper of a bull." he smiled again.

“Meh,it can't be worse than mine.”Rose said with a chuckle,nudging Rollo gently before trotting out of the room.“Oh and I'll bring you back some bedding,ferns or pine leaves?

Rollo smiled "ether I don't mind!". Fino looked up seeing Rose come out of the room and then trotted past her to Rollo. She came and licked his muzzle and sniffed him looking for "Rose seint" But hiding it and pretending to play with his tail happily.

Rose smiled at Fino as she passed her,walking into her section of the den.She layed down before calling to Fino.“Hey Fino.We're going to leave in a few minutes.”

Fino nodded and turned back to Rollo...She sniffed down his back and around his face not beliving they hadn't done something.

When she smelled nothing she began to play with his tail biting it when it moved away. Rollo looked over his shoulder and watched her smiling.

Rose closed her eyes,resting for a few minutes as she listened to Fino and Rollo.There was nothing for her to do around the den since the last time she had been there all the bedding had been cleared out.

Fino barked loudy at Rollo's tail the jumped up startled by her own voice. She looked around then padded over to Rose and nudged her "Sould we be going?" she asked and looked at her. Rollo watched her then lay down.

Rose jumped up at Fino's voice,not expecting her to be so close to her.“Yea sure.”Rose shook her head softly,as if she could shake off the pain.Rose peeked into Rollo's room quickly before trotting into the cool dusk air.“While you hunt,I'm also going to be looking for herbs and stuff to heal Rollo.”

Fino quickly trotted up behind her and lowered her head watching every move Rose made. Rollo's eye lids flickered and then shut and he slepd hoping everyhing was going ok with the to females.

Rose could read Fino like an open book,waves of emotion filled scents wafted off of the larger female.She chuckled softly,keeping up a steady trot as she looked at the ground for possible herbs.
